Every client is different, so whether you need guidance and motivation to improve your cardiovascular fitness or lose weight, perhaps for your wedding or post-pregnancy, or if you are already at an advanced training level and need to reach peak performance fitness for a competition, step one is a consultation over the phone or face to face to get to know about you and your lifestyle, taking into account your current well being and fitness and to establish your desired results.
The information drawn from the consultation forms the basis of the training programme that will be designed to fit your bespoke expectations and training goals. The consultation with the Personal Trainer is free of charge.
Depending on your level of motivation, it is recommended that you have 2x Personal Training sessions a week. You can choose to purchase a package deal of 12x 1 hour sessions for the price of 11, or a 1 hour one to one Personal Training sessions on a 'pay as you go' basis.

One to One:
£35 per hour one to one training session. At a home gym, your work place or outdoor training.
Package discount 12 sessions:
£385 for 11 x 1 hour PT sessions, get your 12th SESSION FREE of charge, including 12 week fitness programme.
Online / remote PT Service:
£40 a month (Includes bespoke exercise programme design and review, for you to train independently. Optional food diary review and advice, tracking goals and stats every 4 weeks)
£60 per hour for group exercise sessions of minimum 5 people
£100 per hour for group exercise sessions of minimum 10 people
